  • Temporary roles at AFA are compensated positions, with starting pay rates set at the entry level for all candidates, regardless of their previous experience. As individuals gain more experience and grow within their roles, opportunities for salary increases become available.

  • You are the face of the company for the week. You are in charge of assisting buyers in choosing the right styles for their company! You will pull styles, model the clothing and complete the sales process start to finish to assist the buyers.

For our permanent or management roles, while qualifications can vary by role, We typically look for candidates who have a genuine passion for the fashion industry, excellent communication abilities, and a sincere desire to expand their knowledge and advance.
